Partial dentures
Here you will find information about prosthetic treatments that are carried out in Turkish clinics to the usual high standards of quality.
The simplest partial dentures are held in place by clasps attached to the remaining teeth. Although these clasps do not wear the teeth as much as is often assumed, they do place stress on them in an unfavourable way and provide only relatively limited stability.
If the aesthetically undesirable clasps are bothersome, precision attachments can be used, which are fixed to neighbouring crowns.

Full dentures
A complete denture refers to the restoration of a completely toothless jaw with removable dental prosthetics. If gaps are too large to be closed with fixed restorations, or if no teeth are present at all, a removable denture is usually unavoidable. A complete denture is required when all dental substance has been lost.
As a complete replacement for the natural dentition, the complete denture is still regarded as the most complex form of dental prosthetics. The structure and aesthetic design of the denture allow for a wide range of possibilities, and many steps are required before a functional and aesthetically pleasing denture is completed.
