Dental treatment in Istanbul, end of July 2019
I hadn\u2019t planned to have dental treatment in Istanbul. But just before my departure, my friends cancelled and I flew alone. My teeth had always been a concern for me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
So, what to do with the time in Istanbul? I had already lived there for a whole month and had fallen in love with the city. The people are friendly, public transport works perfectly, and I find the city cleaner than Zurich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
So, I asked my Turkish friends for a recommendation. However, they couldn\u2019t help me with German- or English-speaking doctors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
So, I googled it. First result: Swiss Center Dent<\/a>. A detailed description and the contact MEDICALTRAVEL.CH<\/a>. I made an inquiry \u2013 quick response and an appointment was scheduled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n I was taken aback when the dentist at Swiss Center Dent introduced herself in Swiss German. A state-of-the-art practice, a diligent DOCTOR who first addressed the medical requirements \u2013 this after such a thorough examination, which I had never experienced in Switzerland. My decision was made immediately. Later that same afternoon, we began the \u2018restoration\u2019. I also met the dental technician and experienced another boost of confidence. After 8 days, I left with a mouth that was almost fully repaired (in terms of time) \u2013 with the certainty that I could visit the practice in Zurich at any time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Three weeks later, the final check-up took place there. Completely satisfied! Even more \u2013 happy. The doctor has immense professionalism, precision, and kindness. She also explains every step; you never feel left in the dark. And last but not least, at a price that\u2019s absolutely top-notch. At the end of the treatment, the driver from Swiss Center Dent took me directly to the airport, where I happily began my journey home.
