I did not look for any other providers.

Hotel
-6 Was there anyone at reception who spoke German or English?
No one spoke German, and not everyone was proficient in English, but we were still able to communicate!

-7 Were the hotel and room clean?
Yes

-8 Were the employees helpful and friendly?
Yes, only the room service left something to be desired; the ordered food arrived very late and was cold!

On Sunday, there was a party in the restaurant, which could be heard in our room, but otherwise it was very quiet.

Yes, about 10 minutes. However, he called me and informed me, so we knew he would be a little late.

Yes, everyone was very nice and took good care of us.

Yes, it was always possible to ask questions if anything was unclear.

I am very satisfied.

Yes, there was always someone available, so there were never any communication problems. We spoke English with the doctor, but even then there was always someone on hand to translate.
