Before the hair transplant
- Regularly taken medications, e.g., for hair loss, as well as vitamins and aspirin, should be stopped 15 days before the procedure
- Avoid alcohol 3 days before the procedure
- Make sure to get enough sleep before the procedure and arrive at the appointment well-rested
- Have a light breakfast on the morning of the procedure
- Remove all personal metal items, such as rings or necklaces, after the hair transplant
- Bring a hat. Headwear that sits flat on the head, such as berets, is not recommended
- Wear clothing that is easy to put on after the procedure
- After the procedure, consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited for 3 days
- Avoid strenuous physical activities for 15 days after the procedure
- Avoid bending over after the procedure, for example, to tie your shoes
Washing hair after the procedure
- Apply the lotion recommended by the doctor carefully but gently to the transplanted areas
- Leave the lotion on the scalp for one hour and then wash it out with the shampoo recommended by the doctor
- Gently pat the hair dry with a towel
- Follow this washing routine for ten days
- After ten days, the application of the lotion can be stopped. Continue using the shampoo recommended by the doctor

How long does the procedure take?

You can go outside immediately after the procedure. Small pink spots may be visible during the first 2 to 3 days, but they gradually disappear. Your skin will return to its normal condition within a week, and you can go outside without any concerns
When does the transplanted hair grow?
The hair appears approximately 3 months after the procedure and will reach its normal length after about 6 months
Can the transplanted hair fall out?
Transplanted hair does not fall out. Hair taken from areas not affected by hair loss retains the characteristics of the original area
Is it noticeable that hair has been transplanted?
Hair that has been professionally transplanted will never be noticeable as a transplant. This means the transplant team must be highly experienced.
