My husband and I had been considering for some time getting rid of our glasses by having laser eye surgery. Unfortunately, this involves very high costs in Switzerland, especially when both spouses need vision correction. While searching online, we came across the Swisslasik website, which immediately caught our interest. We asked for references from other Swiss patients, and all of them were completely convinced. Therefore, we contacted them by email straight away to get more detailed information and received prompt answers to every question.
We eventually had the surgery on 25 November in Istanbul. The flight, the operation, and the hotel were all very well organised from start to finish. There was always someone nearby who could speak perfect High German or Swiss German with us, which was very reassuring. In addition, we met three other Swiss patients at the EyeStar Clinic who had their eyes lasered on the same day as us. This was highly motivating, and everyone supported one another in their decision.
The preliminary examinations were carried out very thoroughly, and all the staff made a very good impression. Above all, it was excellent that there were never any language problems. The transfers from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the clinic, and back again all worked perfectly.

We are definitely glad that we took the plunge and are overjoyed with the result of our eyes.
