My experience with the entire trip

• Flight: I consciously chose Turkish Airlines, and the flight went smoothly.
• Hotel: The room was discreetly located, but unfortunately, it didn’t have a city view. With the window open, an unpleasant kitchen smell came in. The mattress was very firm, so I couldn’t sleep well. The service was acceptable, but not exceptional. However, the breakfast was excellent.
• Pick-up Service: Very friendly, always punctual, and pleasant – a big thank you to Meral for that!
• Clinic: A modern, welcoming facility with a pleasant atmosphere. A special thank you to the entire team and Dr. Dizdar!
• Treatment: Very professional and practically pain-free.
• After the treatment: I felt happy and satisfied with my decision.

Area for Improvement
A negative point was the unprofessional behavior of the breakfast staff at the hotel. Guests with visible treatments were mocked, which definitely needs to be addressed and improved.

Conclusion
The support from MedicalTravel was excellent. I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend the organization to anyone considering dental treatment in Istanbul.
